Step by Step - Instructions

Please carefully read through all the instructions provided on this page to ensure a smooth use of the photo booth.

When you receive your delivery, you should have received two packages. The transportation box containing the photo booth, and a package containing the stand for the photo booth.

Here is an instructional video demonstrating how easy it is to assemble Betty! Below the video, you will also find step-by-step instructions in text for assembly, installation of the photo roll, disassembly, and the return process.

The following items should be included:​

  • 1 stand

  • 1 Betty Booth Machine (in the rolling case)

  • 3 screws (in the rolling case)

Step by step

CHECK LIST
1. The Stand

Assemble the stand by loosening the middle latch. (see image 1)
NOTE - please widen the legs as much as possible for maximum stability. (see to image 2)
To adjust the height: loosen one of the latches just below the tripod head. Raise it to a comfortable height. Recommended height is between the waist and chest.

2. Assemble the Photo Booth 

Take the photo booth out of the transportation box and place it onto the stand. Have one person hold the photo booth while you hand-screw in the three screws on the underside. (see image 3) Your own strength is enough; no tools are needed.

3. Plug in the power cord!

Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet. (The lights will turn on automatically).

4. Turn on Betty

Press the black button in the upper left corner with your finger (see image 4). When you see the screen starting up, release the button and wait approximately 5 minutes before the photo booth is fully ready to use.

Place the photo booth approximately 1.5 - 2 meters away from the photo wall for best quality. If you stand too far away, there is a risk that the light may not reach, resulting in blurry images. The photo booth is designed for taking half-body pictures.

Disassembly and Return

  1. When you're finished with the photo booth, you can unplug the power cord from the outlet.
     

  2. To turn off the screen, press and hold the button in the upper left corner for a few seconds. A prompt will appear on the screen. Swipe down with your finger on the screen. Then loosen the screws on the underside and place the photo booth and screws back into the transportation case.
     

  3. Make sure you include everything that needs to be returned in the transportation case: The photo booth & screws. 
     

  4. Fold up the stand and pack it into the same package it came in. 
     

  5. Then send back the transportation box and stand during the next business day, delivery and pick-up times are between 08:00-17:00
